UK Delivery Times & Costs

Standard Delivery

FREE UK Standard Delivery, contact-less via either DHL or RM. Please allow 3 – 4 working days for delivery.

Next Day Delivery

Due to the current coronavirus situation, Royal Mail can no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day for items posted from Thursday 19 March 2020 onwards. Royal Mail will still prioritise Special Delivery parcels. Royal Mail are no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.

We offer a next day delivery service for UK addresses only for £8.95, with orders of in stock items placed on weekdays before 1pm guaranteed to arrive the next working day. Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

EU Delivery Times & Costs

We currently ship to most EU countries.  If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us to confirm if we can ship to you.

All EU orders will be posted out by Royal Mail International Signed For and costs £15.00.

For items in stock please allow 7 – 10 working days for delivery.

A signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

International Delivery

All International orders will be posted out by Royal Mail International Signed For and costs £18.

Returns

We do hope you will be delighted with your order but if you need to return please find details below:

You are entitled to return your cancel and return your order for a refund or an exchange within 14 days – as long as they have not been worn or damaged and have the tags attached, and they are returned to us within 14 working days of receipt, and with the original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any items where the tag has been removed or that have been worn or damaged.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will not exchange or refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of abuse. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or order refunds on earrings. 

Made to Order/Special Commissions

As made to order pieces are handmade to order we do not accept returns on these unless they are faulty.

When returning items we recommend all returns are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Refund amounts will be issued via PayPal or Stripe using the same details used when placing your original order.
